Basic manners, also known as basic obedience, is an important step in your dog’s ability to function successfully in your home and your life. In this class, you will learn foundation behaviors that every dog should know in a fun, force-free way while building the bond of trust between you and your four-legged friend. This training is more enjoyable for you and your dog, and it’s scientifically proven to be the most effective way to train!

This class helps your dog learn to sit, down, polite greetings, target training and settling down. We will also start the groundwork for loose leash walking, stay and come when called. Classes are small to allow for individualized attention and handouts will be offered in every class.

Pre-requisite: This class is for dogs over 3 months of age. Dogs must be able to be in a room with other dogs present. Dogs must have a current proof of rabies as well as up-to-date vaccinations. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine is not required but strongly recommended, please let your veterinarian know you be attending GROUP classes and follow your own veterinarian advice regarding this vaccine for your specific pet. Proof of vaccines must be submitted before the start of the first class.

There are only 5 spots available for each class. Payment is required to reserve your spot. If the class is full or the day/time of the current class does not work for you we will put you on a waiting list to be first notified when new classes are posted.
