The Humane Society of Summit County is accepting applications for Animal Care Technicians. This part time, non-exempt position is responsible for performing routine animal care and shelter related duties. Successful candidates will have a passion for working with animals and a flexible schedule (which includes weekends and holidays). The position is physically demanding.

Animal Care Technicians work within three general shifts:
This position is part-time with scheduled hours ranging from twelve (12) to twenty-eight (28) hours per week (30-74% FTE). Some nights, weekends and holidays are required on a rotational bases. Successful candidates will have open or flexible availability.
Wage: $8.50 per hour during 3-month probation then $9.00 per hour
