The Humane Society of Summit County is hiring a Customer Service and Office Administrator. This full-time, non-exempt position is responsible for overseeing front desk operations; welcomes building visitors by greeting them; responds to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in-person; directs visitors and issues visitor badges, processes mail, parcel shipments, donations, and animal data; and provides general administrative support. This position works alongside customer service staff to deliver the best, most professional customer service possible to visitors, guests, and the public in alignment with our mission and standards.

This position is full-time with scheduled hours ranging from thirty (30) to forty (40) hours per week (75-100% FTE). Some nights, weekends and holidays are required on a rotational bases. Successful candidates will have open or flexible availability.
