The Humane Society of Summit County is hiring a Customer Service Specialist. This part time, non-exempt position welcomes building visitors by greeting them; responds to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in-person; directs visitors and issues visitor badges, processes mail, parcel shipments, donations, and animal data; and provides other administrative assistance as needed.

This position is part-time with scheduled hours ranging from twenty (20) to twenty-eight (28) hours per week (50-74% FTE). Some nights, weekends and holidays are required on a rotational bases. Successful candidates will have open or flexible availability.
