Thank you for reaching out! Although our primary mission at the Humane Society of Summit County is to take in severely sick and injured strays, we recognize that there are many other situations where support is needed to ensure animals in our community receive the care they need.
Sometimes the decisions we need to make about our own pets can be very difficult, emotional, and overwhelming, but we're here to help. Though our capacity is sometimes limited, our goal is always to offer as much assistance and hope as possible with each animal's best interests in mind.
You can also visit our Community Resources page for a list of other organizations and services that may be useful for your situation.
Please fill out the form below to help us learn how we can best assist you. We receive a high volume of inquiries but always strive to respond as quickly as possible. If we are not able to take in your animal, we will do our best to connect you to others that may be able to help.
Thank you for your understanding and dedication to the health and safety of the animals in our community.
