Rosie Posie

Rosie Posie was rescued by a Good Samaritan who noticed she was not in good health living as a stray. Our veterinary team diagnosed Rosie Posie with heartworm disease and quickly began her treatment. Rosie Posie was a perfect candidate for a foster home and we were able to quickly place her with a family who could give her the undivided attention and care that she needed to recover from heartworm disease.

Here's what her forever family had to say about her:

We took in Rosie Posie as a foster as she recovered from her heartworm, spay, and general health from living as a stray. Six months later she is a happy, lovable and engaging member of our family and neighborhood. She visits Camp Bow Wow a couple afternoons a week, walks and plays with her best neighbor buddy Charlie the Chocolate Lab, and is in training with us for reactive dog behaviors - she is over the top about meeting other dogs and people (acquiring the nickname nosey Rosie Posie 🙂). As we continue to to grow together she gains more confidence and respects the boundaries we set for her. So easy going and lovable with us; we’re happy to have her in our family.
